The 6ft 3in, 225 lbs former professional baseball player has reportedly committed to play college football at Arkansas as a walk-on wide receiver - meaning he is guaranteed a roster spot.

According to 247Sports, Harrison, who was a four-star recruit in the class of 2014, will join the Razorbacks ahead of the 2024 season.

He committed to the Nebraska Cornhuskers in 2014 after catching 60 passes for 1,007 yards and 13 touchdowns and adding 198 rushing yards and 12 rushing touchdowns as a senior at Lee's Summit (Missouri) West High.

Harrison had offers from schools such as Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan State, Missouri, Kansas and Arkansas but embarked on a career in MLB after the Milwaukee Brewers drafted him in the second round of the 2014 MLB draft.

Harrison last played for the Nashville Sounds, the Brewers' Triple-A affiliate, before being released in September.

Now, Harrison is going back to the sport where he first made a name for himself as the No. 52 wide receiver and No. 7 prospect in the state of Missouri in his class in 2014.

Throwback footage of him catching passes circulated after committing to Arkansas.

The Razorbacks will be hoping he hasn't lost a step as they look to improve upon their 4-8 2023 season which saw them finish last in the SEC West.
