Frank Warren expects Tyson Fury to put on a clinic on May 18.

‘The Gypsy King’ can become the first-ever four-belt heavyweight champion when he takes on Oleksandr Usyk in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on May 18.

Boxing fans are split on who will walk away with the WBO, WBA, WBC and IBF belts, but Fury’s promoter is certain his man will make history next weekend.

Warren predicts the WBC heavyweight king will put on a performance similar to his February 2020 rematch with Deontay Wilder, whom he beat up for seven rounds before his corner threw in the towel.

The Hall of Fame promoter insists he’s not underestimating Usyk, but simply believes that Fury will be too fit and too good for his rival at the Kingdom Arena.

“It’s the best shape I’ve seen him in” Warren told talkSPORT Breakfast on Friday.

“I know mentally, which is the most important thing, he’s really up for this fight.

“Usyk, he’s beaten every Brit he’s been in with. He beat Tony Bellew, he stopped him, knocked him over. He beat AJ twice. So, he’s used to getting in there with big guys.

“AJ was a much bigger guy, but I just think Tyson is a totally different type of boxer. He can adapt and he is a really, extremely good ring craftsman. I see him stopping Usyk, that’s how I see it working out.

“One thing about Usyk is he doesn’t like shots to the body. That’s a fact.

“And he’s had a little bit of a moan about that to the referee and he’s always complaining to the referee.

“I think it will be like the second fight he had with Deontay Wilder where Tyson got Deontay Wilder’s number and just absolutely took him apart.

Boxing legend Lennox Lewis warns Oleksandr Usyk he's fighting the best version of Tyson Fury ahead of the much anticipated heavyweight bout

“I can see him doing the same thing here.”

Warren only has a week to wait to see if Fury makes his prediction come true by becoming undisputed champion in sensational fashion.

It’ll be easier said than done against Usyk, who is unbeaten in 21 professional fights and has looked brilliant since moving to heavyweight.
