While Drake and Kendrick Lamar are beefing hard in the rap world, Shaq and Unc are trading public blows about the recently-named NBA MVP.
Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic -- who plays the same position that O'Neal once dominated -- won the award for the third time.
O'Neal made it clear when the trophy was presented that he believed Oklahoma City's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander should have received the top honor.
Enter Sharpe, who used to run with Skip Bayless on Fox Sports' Undisputed, but now is tied to ESPN and sometimes loudly goes back and forth with Stephen A. Smith on First Take.

A video titled, 'If Shaq woulda had Unc's worth ethic', was posted by the NightcapShow, which features Sharpe, former NFL wide receiver Chad Johnson and ex-NBA guard Gilbert Arenas.
'Shaq never considered as one of the GOATs', was also teased in the video as Sharpe unloaded.
"Shaq should have had five MVPs," Sharpe said. "He sees a guy like Nikola Jokic, that's not as dominant as him, and gets three (MVPs) in four years.
"When you historically great, they talk about you as great basketball player. The GOAT. And Shaq is never brought up. And I think a part of him is envious of that."

O'Neal clearly heard Sharpe's stinging criticism and fired back in lengthy Instagram post.
"You took me sticking up @shai ask jealousy of joker," O'Neal posted. "Shows how smart you are and how you say anything to get clicks.

"So here’s some click bait for you. If you ain’t ranked in the top ten in your profession, then you can’t speak on Me.
"Don’t forget I know what you did to get were you at. Me jealous? Sounds like you jealous. I know you tryna stay relevant by gossiping on your podcast. We don’t believe you."
O'Neal, who regularly appears on TNT with the outspoken Charles Barkley, was a 15-time All-Star and four-time NBA champion.
Shaq was a sport-changer in college at LSU, became a No. 1 overall NBA Draft pick for the Orlando Magic, then teamed up with Kobe Bryant to create a dynasty with Phil Jackson and the Los Angeles Lakers.

While Sharpe made eight Pro Bowls, won three Super Bowls and made the Pro Football Hall of Fame, he's not considered to be anywhere close to being one of the best NFL players of all time.
In fact, Travis Kelce has already surpassed Sharpe for all-time receiving yards as a tight end.

O'Neal is widely considered to be one of the most dominant players in NBA history and often ranks No. 2 in the list for the greatest centers of all time.
Shaq reminded Sharpe of that fact by pounding Unc again and again in a powerful post that didn't pull punches.
"In case you forgot; four rings, three finals MVP, top 50 and top 75. Google me," O'Neal said. "And to be quite frank all this new success you got, you still under me. You don’t know my work ethic.
"If you need help making money it’s better ways than gossiping. I’m to old for this s*** love always the most dominant big man ever who never took it serious.
"Remember I don’t know you and in the words of @skipbayless I'm better than you. #g14classification I have it, you don’t, not in my profession.
"And your GOAT debate, never wanted to be the GOAT, I wanted to be who you should greet me as THE MOST DOMINANT EVER. #theapexpredator."
If the throwdown between O'Neal and Sharpe continues, a fight on Netflix could be next.
